Distributor Information & Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Distributor for The Blessing Project™. We’re excited to provide you an opportunity to become part of this global endeavor, one that will enrich your life as well as those whose lives you will touch.

Distributors connect our products to our customers and serve a very vital function in expanding our network. Distributors are independent marketing/salespersons who operate their own businesses within the framework of our basic agreements and guidelines.

We set the ground rules for how things will happen; i.e. pricing, marketing materials and sales forms you will use. Within those parameters you are free to decide how to manage your business depending on your schedule, contacts, etc. This could include part time involvement with something as basic as providing your Distributor number to others who make their orders via our internet web site. Or perhaps you’d like to make this a full time endeavor and make presentations to groups, sell at art fairs/holiday exhibitions and encourage others to become Ambassadors of The Blessing Project™ by hosting events where the story is shared and products are available for purchase.

As a Distributor you determine when and where you conduct your business and are free to determine how much time you want to devote. Our Distributors come from all walks and stages of life. You have the opportunity to create a marketing plan that fits your lifestyle and interests as well as the flexibility to connect with those groups/sectors/networks that exist in your life—or to create new paths that appeal to you. You’ll be able to put your unique skills and abilities into play as well as have the opportunity to learn new ones.

Our experience is that once the story is told the products truly sell themselves. Their uniqueness appeals to everyone purchasing for their own use at home or work. They make very delightful gifts for friends and family, and are used by businesspersons as a special “thank you” to their customers/clients. Some examples of customers include:

• Boutique gift shops, art galleries and specialty bookstores
• Spas, resorts and exclusive hotels and Bed & Breakfast Inns
• Upscale and specialty restaurants
• Retreat, spiritual, educational and holistic wellness centers
• Hospitals, clinics and hospices
• Upscale caterers and event planners
• Companies that are passionate about employee productivity and loyalty
• Executive coaches, counselors and retreat facilitators
• Real estate professionals, home stagers and home blessers
• Medical professionals including veterinarians, physicians and holistic wellness practitioners
• Funeral, memorial and transition arrangers
• Nonprofit organizations and others wanting to thank and encourage their volunteers or auction the products
• Individuals buying in bulk for personal use or gifts
• Groups that purchase for fund raising efforts in their organizations

Distributors can be volunteers (without compensation) or commissioned (with compensation). Commissioned Distributors earn 20% on direct sales and 5% referral commission sales to wholesale customers that purchase large quantities for resale at a discounted rate.

Distributors purchase marketing/sales kits that include high-quality, professional materials. The kits are sold at our cost of $175 and include:

• an artistic display case that holds six mounted blessing art cards and information, which opens to 31” wide and makes an instant display to show your customers or to place on a table at sales events. This display folds down to 14” x 20” x 1.25”, fitting into the included fabric carrying case making it convenient for transport.
• six sample blessing art cards, each in a different design (mounted in above display case)
• description of The Blessing Project™ on logo paper
• pictures of current projects around the globe
• a fabric binder with an initial supply of order forms, project descriptions, business cards, etc.
• a black fabric carrying case that holds the display case and fabric binder with The Blessing Project™ Logo
• a shadow box (6 3/8” x 6 3/8” x 1.75”) containing one of the designs and blessings

You will be provided a Distributor number which may be used in the following ways, depending on how you decide to run your business:

1) You may order products at the wholesale price when you want to have quantities available for immediate sale—you keep the difference in the sales you make and the wholesale price you paid to us. This will be your best way to be prepared to meet your customer’s needs and take advantage of bulk sales you’ll make at art fairs/holiday exhibitions or Ambassador-hosted events. (Volunteer Distributors would order and pay the retail prices and be reimbursed through sales made to the customers.)

2) You may provide your customers your Distributor number or (preferably) assist your customers in ordering products on our internet web site. This allows you to minimize your cash outlay and once the products are ordered we take care of the rest by filling the order and sending it to the customer. Your commissions will be tracked and sent to you regularly. (Volunteer Distributors would operate the same way but would not be paid commissions.)

3) A combination of both methods which will allow you to maximize your profits.

If you would like to let us know of your interest in becoming an independent Distributor, please complete and return this application form.
