long will it take for my order to ship? |

Most
orders are filled and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Large volume
orders, and orders for some shadowboxes may take longer based
on availability of the products. If your order is time-sensitive,
please alert us by sending an email to: info@theblessingproject.com
or calling us at 1-800-756-5101 so we can confirm that you’ll
have your order when it is needed. Also, you may choose expedited
delivery to speed up the shipping time. |

will my order be shipped and how do I track my order? |

We ship via UPS.
You may request expedited mail service to receive your order
sooner. The order number will be provided on the receipt that
is e-mailed to you as part of the order confirmation process.
You will receive a UPS number for tracking purposes. |

is your return policy? |

We want you to count
on The Blessing Project™ for your business needs, home
entertaining and gifts. When it comes to our customers we
use one word—delight. If you are anything less than
delighted we won’t be satisfied. Within 30 days of the
shipping date you may return any items purchased from The
Blessing Project™ in their original condition including
packaging and accessories for exchange or for a full refund.
However, any costs born by The Blessing Project™ to
ship your original order will be deducted from the refund
amount.
We will take returns on an item damaged on receipt;
please contact us within 30 days of shipping date to make
arrangements for the return of a damaged item at: info@theblessingproject.com

you give discounts to organizations? |

our AFFILIATE PROGRAM and receive their earned commission on
their own purchases—effectively giving them a 10% reduction
as well as the earned commission on purchases others make on
our website who have found us through their website. Please

there is no cost to become an Affiliate. |

nonprofits that are purchasing for resale we offer a WHOLESALE
PROGRAM that offers a 40% discount of the “full sales
cost”. Wholesale orders over $1,000 will qualify for
a 50% discount of the “full sales cost”. Please
note that the “full sales cost” is based on outside
retail sales, not the web site sales price which is slightly

you may also join our Affiliate Program at no cost and receive
the 10% reduction on your own purchases IN ADDITION to purchases
your clients make when they find us through your website. This
is a great way to supplement your income—you can make
money in your sleep. Consultants, coaches retreat facilitators,
